Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Pigment
The loose eye concentrate by OCC is a micronized pigment fused with a shimmering mica. With dense levels of pigmentation the ultra fine refined and lightweight pigments blend smoothly and effortlessly. Suitable for use on the eyes, face and body.
As with all loose eye pigments, an eye shadow base or primer is recommended.
