Loose Eye Shadow Pigment

For colour intensity and adhering to the eye area a primer is recommended.  Pigments are not measured by volume,  metal and matte pigments may not always appear full in the container,  this is due to the consistency and 'balling' which is more apparant with solar bits, matte and some of the frost finish and pearl pigments.  For ease of application pigments can also be hand pressed into eye shadow pans.
