  • The colour palette of the OCC lip tar pulls a mighty punch which does not disappoint, it satisfies all from gentle nudes, vibrant pinks to completely outlandish. The product applies like a gloss,  it dries to a satin finish and will last on the lips like a lipstick. Lip Tar is extremely pigmented,  if using a brush to apply lip tar it is important not to overload it which will lead to feathering, a very small amount of product goes a long way.

    5 well mixing palettes also available for creating your own OCC Lip tar unique shades.  The selection includes all primary colours and clear for making your own shades, to lighten, darken, tint, brighten or completely change the hue.

    The new pricing is inclusive of a short handled occ lip brush.
