Love Make Up ship daily Monday-Friday excluding weekends & public holidays. We aim despatch as many orders as possible the same day, we also guarantee to despatch all orders received before 2.00pm the same day. Monday 6 May 2013 is a UK public holiday, all orders received after 2.00pm Friday 3 May 2013 will ship on Tuesday 7 May.
UK
£3.50 fully inclusive of all items. Our orders are delivered by Royal Mail and courier UK Mail depending on weight. UK shipping is free for orders above £50.00. Generally this is delivered 1-3 working days after despatch and can take longer during busy periods.
Next working day Royal Mail Special delivery or via courier service UK Mail is £7.50, this service does not deliver on Saturdays or on UK public holidays, postcode exclusions apply. Orders placed on Fridays after 2.00pm and during the weekend, despatch Monday and deliver on Tuesday. If Monday is a UK public holiday, orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday will despatch on the Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Orders placed after 2.00pm weekdays are despatched the following working day and are delivered the next working day after despatch. Next working day delivery excludes weekends and UK public holidays.
We cannot offer next day delivery to the following postcodes & locations, if next day delivery is selected this will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and will deliver in 2-3 working days. Your charge when International signed for delivery is selected which always carrys full insurance is £8.95 fully inclusive of all items. International signed for delivery features priority handling, tracking, full insurance and signed for delivery. Tracking information is uploaded to your order information. Delivery time scale after despatch is generally 5-7 working days.
Standard airmail £4.50 is available for low value orders below £40.00 to selected Europe locations, standard airmail does not benefit from tracking. Delivery timescale after despatch is generally 7-25 working days.
Rest of the world excluding EU
Your charge includes international signed for delivery with full insurance is £12.50 fully inclusive of all items on your order. Priority handling, tracking, fully insured and signed for delivery. Delivery timescale after dispatch 7-14 working days. Tracking information is uploaded to your order.
Any customs charges raised outside of the EU are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark the value of parcels lower for 'customs'. We are required by law to make a full customs declaration of the contents when shipping outside of the EU. We no longer ship makeup to Turkey.
