Z palette pro is larger and deeper to allow safe storage of larger powder products as well as any other depotted makeup.

Any cosmetic product of any shape with a metal pan/container will stick to the flat magnetic base with no magnet and will not budge or slide around.

External measurements - L8.06" x W5.44" x D 0.56"
Internal measurements - L7.44" x W4.69" x D 0.25"

Can't say enough good things about it! I de-potted and stored in it my collection (eye shadows and blushes), most of it even stuck without me having to use the stickers (mostly Sephora stuff), though on the contrary MAC pans (those that you buy the pan-only) don't stick so well, although they don't fall out either, I assume it's because they already have a magnet on the bottom. The palette looks durable and easy to clean. The real bonus is the transparent lid - no more blind rummaging through your stuff or labeling. Love this.
