Ordering From Love Make Up:

Browse through our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on checkout. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order. All prices are inclusive of any applicable tax,  the price you see is the price you will pay.  Colour variations viewed may differ from screen to screen or device when viewed due to individual settings.

 

We operate a maximum purchase policy of 2 of any one product & colour to give all customers the opportunity to purchase popular products, attempted orders above this level will be automatically cancelled. Love Make Up reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at any time. Frequently repeated orders of such products (RCMA, Lime Crime, LA Splash, Zoeva, Ben Nye) will be cancelled. This also includes multiple account registration to the same delivery address, multiple orders billed to the same credit card or paypal account.  By purchasing from Love Makeup you agree the purchased products are for personal use or professional use on clients only.  Accounts (for payment or registered) found to be linked to listings on unauthorized re-selling third party platforms will have all orders automatically cancelled. Love Makeup reserve the right to cancel any order. Love Makeup do not provide any business to business services.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Once you have confirmed your order to us, it is processed immediately for picking and dispatch. We are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order after you have confirmed your order and prior to your dispatch. 

 

Pricing

All product pricing is displayed as £GBP which includes VAT and excludes any applicable delivery charge. For currency other than £GBP Love Makeup are not responsible for any variance on exchange rates raised by banks, paypal and credit cards. Love Makeup is not responsible for any non domestic transaction charges, these charges are raised by your bank or credit card.  Please refer to your terms and conditions issued to you by your bank or credit card issuer.


Delivery schedule:

Love Makeup ship Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.  Orders received prior to 1.00pm Monday-Friday excluding public holidays are shipped the same day. Love Makeup have no control over third party carriers & are not held responsible for failed deliveries.

UK  : Whilst the majority of our parcels are delivered 1-5 working days after dispatch, please allow up to 10 working days.

International : 7-10 working days for Europe and 7-14 working days Rest of World.  Despatch is daily Monday-Friday excluding weekends and UK public holidays. All time scales quoted are approximate as we do not control processing times of Royal Mail, international customs clearance or international local post services.

Payment:

We accept online payment by PayPal and Sagepay safe online payments that allow payment with a credit or debit card. All prices are displayed in £GBP and all payments are made to Love Make Up in £GBP.  Love Make Up reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. Orders received with a different country billing address to the delivery address will be automatically cancelled and refunded. For currency other than £GBP Love Makeup are not responsible for any variance on exchange rates raised by banks, paypal and credit cards. Love Makeup is not responsible for any non domestic transaction charges, these charges are raised by your bank or credit card.  Please refer to your terms and conditions issued to you by your bank or credit card issuer. Any order exceeding 100.00 delivery is provided to the card billing address only.  All refunds are made to the original payment method.

Packaging:

At Love Make Up, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only HIGH quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to ensure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you no one takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive unuseable and damaged due to our negligence, please contact us so that we can resolve this as soon as possible.  Claims for damaged items in transit are accepted in writing only.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent via Royal Mail. Heavier items may be sent by DPD and be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote before placing your order. Love Make Up reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

We use Royal Mail as our main carrier, any parcels that are reported not received are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed since the date of dispatch. We work within the guidelines of Royal Mail and comply with EU distance selling regulations. Any discrepancies on your order need to be advised within 7 days of receipt. We do not ship to mail forwarding houses in the UK such as Aramex.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

All international deliveries are made via a signed for service. Love Make Up  Parcels reported as not received are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 20 working days have passed since the date of despatch, we work with Royal Mail guidelines for lost post and comply with all EU distance selling regulations.  Any customs fees raised when sending outside of the EU are the responsibility of the buyer. Any discrepancies on your order need to be advised within 7 days of receipt.  Makeup Atelier Paris products, Kryolan & Kevyn Aucoin, Glamcor are for UK delivery only.  We do not ship any Zoeva items to Russia or the Middle East.

Lost parcels

We use Royal Mail as our main carrier and we work within their published guidelines as well as complying with the EU distance selling regulations. Royal Mail will not consider any item of post lost until 10 working days have passed for UK deliveries or 25 working days for international post. We work within the guidelines published by Royal Mail for delayed or lost post, we are unable to provide a replacement dispatch or refund until this time has passed.  Working days are calculated as Monday-Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. Once these time periods have lapsed we will issue a replacement parcel or refunds for products that are no longer available, this is processed upon receipt of a signature signed declaration of non receipt.  We are unable to replace or refund any order that has not been reported to us as not received past 30 days of the estimated delivery timescale.

Returns:

If you wish to return your item, you may cancel your order within 14 days following the date of delivery. We will provide a refund following receipt of the returned and inspected goods.  We are unable to process your return without a returns authorisation form included, please contact us in writing for our returns process.

We only accept returns on products and items that are unused/untested, in re-saleable condition and complete with any manufacturer packaging it was supplied in.  All refunds are processed within 5 working days of notification of receipt of returned items. 

Any item that is faulty must be reported to Love Make Up in writing within 7 days of receipt of order.  We do not refund original or return postage charges unless the item received is damaged, or the item received is incorrect from the option of product or option of shade that is selected and appears on your order. We refund the cost of first class recorded delivery only.   Any item reported as defective will be replaced with the same product only, upon its return.

Any product reported as defective will need to be returned to us before it is replaced. We are unable to process your return without a returns authorisation form included, please contact us in writing for our returns process. We strongly recommend using a tracked service to return your item, Love Makeup are not responsible for your return we have not received or your return in transit.

Parcels that are returned to us that have not been collected from post sorting offices will refunded upon return, refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt Monday-Friday. Parcels returned to due to incorrect delivery information provided to us will be refunded upon return, refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt Monday-Friday. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide correct delivery information, we shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery due to incorrect delivery information supplied to us.

 

If a product is defective, or if you have had an undesireable reaction, please stop using the product and contact us with further information. As a retailer we cannot accept responsibility and will provide your information to the brand, requesting that you deal with them directly. We will do our best to process a return and refund with a matter of urgency.

ZUCA

Warranty provided direct with ZUCA in the UK (LondonBelle Ltd)

Frame
Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defect, and does not cover wear and tear, or misuse.
 
Wheels & Handles
1 year from date of purchase
 
Insert Bag
1 year from date of purchase
 
Should your ZUCA develop any of the above faults, these will be repaired directly by ZUCA in the UK. 
All claims for under warranty repairs should be sent to customerservice@love-makeup.co.uk together with photograph's, your order number and the batch code where appropriate. This is located inside the door of your ZUCA below the ZUCA label.  Love Makeup will liaise with ZUCA in the UK who will contact you directly to arrange your repair.

 

 
 

Gift with Purchase offers:

Love Make up reserve the right to withdraw any gift with purchase or shipping offer at any time.  Gift with purchase offers are one gift per customer per offer.  All gift with purchase offers are while stocks last.

 

Discount codes

All discount or promotional codes must be entered during checkout at the point of purchase. Customers receiving a professional discount are not permitted to use additional promotional discount codes.

Promotions

Love Makeup may run promotional pricing for a specific period.  Promotional pricing applies during a promotion period only and will not be applied retrospectively. Love Makeup reserve the right to end or withdraw any promotion at any time.  All promotions and GWP are while stocks last.
